This project is about practicing Bill Aulet’s Disciplined Entrepreneurship: 24 Steps to a Successful Startup, which I did for my Industrial Design major required class - Entrepreneurship for Designers.
I myself was not an entrepreneur-minded person. So this class was pretty challenging for me. I practiced out these 24 steps through a high heel business design. It ended up with a not very satisfying entrepreneurship project, but instead, a good graphic design project.
This book is good for those technology-based industrial products design. For those more concept-driven products, or products from other design areas, like my high heel – a fashion product, using this book as a business template would not be a smart choice.
