Inspired by sites like Type Fight, Kyson DanaĀ and I challenged each other to a sketchbook duel, but rather than using graphic design and typography as our genre, we decided to take things into a more illustrative arena. The rules for the competition were this: draw one animal per day and post it to Instagram each night. The animal had to start with the letter of the day and could be created using any medium. We made our way 'A' to āZā for a full 26 days and never missed a sketch.
