The OBJECTIVE was to design a residence cum office on a plot of 9m x 4.5m.

 

The REQUIREMENTS included :

~ A small office with a personal chamber and a work station accommodating 2 persons

~ A house unit consisting of 2 bedrooms with attached toilets

~ Drawing

~ Dining

~ Kitchen.

 

The plot covered from 3 sides is designed accommodating all the requirements and at the same time rendering a good enough luxury too.

CHALLENGE POINT  –

 

To design an office and a 2 BHK house in a 9m x 4.5m plot size . The project provides a scope to optimize design choices and create more out of less.

The project has been looked upon as a challenge to enhance the beauty of a small space living.
