I was assigned the objectives of this project and designed a methodology to achieve them. I produced a 25,000 word report and presentation to show my findings and make recommendations.

My supervisorwas the director of strategic projects in the Project Coordination Centre (please see the recommendation on my LinkedIn profile). Sheintroduced me to various mega-projects which instigated different processesfrom the outset of the Clinical Management Plan. This allowed various factorsin efficiency to be investigated.
