I worked with a number of partnering agencies and internal teams to produce social media mini campaigns that strategically aligned content back to Moen's channel objectives. With this social media mini campaign, "Consumer Response," Moen responded to product issues and general feedback (positive and negative) regarding its products. This gave Moen the opportunity to respond to issues and gather feedback for action. I worked with the international team in the Moen Consumer Service Group to respond to and handle international requests that came in other languages. Our collaborative in response handling often kept Moen at the top of consumer engagement, giving Moen a competitive advantage. Response topics included:
