I worked with a number of partnering agencies and internal teams to produce social media mini campaigns that strategically aligned content back to Moen's channel objectives. With this social media mini campaign, "Fan Faucet Friday," Moen encouraged community participation by crowdsourcing content from its audience and featuring it via social channels. This gave an opportunity for Moen to recognize and reward brand champions as those featured were sent gift packs out of appreciation.
