The DM was designed as a glowing letter of recommendation - sent by a company's data to its CIO, spelling out its specific concerns and recommending Verizon Business as a partner to address those concerns.
A Resumé -- detailing Verizon's expertise in all things data -- was also enclosed with the letter.
