Everyday valuable materials and products are thrown away. Savannah’s Habitat for Humanity and Emergent Structures are organizations dedicated to saving and reusing discarded building materials and other goods to create new value through repurposing. To encourage broad participation in these sustainable activities, both organizations teamed up to present the This Ain’t Junk Repurposing Competition and Gala Auction 2011. With a cohesive color scheme and repurposefully refined aesthetic, this system conveys clear information staying true to the idea of reclamation.
