ย ย ย The project of 2 1/2 apartments is made in a Modern style for a young couple.
ย ย ย There are 3 options for the main room for variety in choice. We strived for modesty, without a colorful kaleidoscope of materials, colors and details. These were the main wishes of the customer.
ย ย ย After dismantling the walls to expand the space and erecting new interior partitions for the most reasonable planning solution, we received: a bedroom with a closed wardrobe, a bathroom, a laundry room, a balcony, and a living room paired with a kitchen for one room.
ย ย ย The side of the apartment in the residential complex is sunny, which makes the apartment unforgettable. Most of the day is illuminated by natural light.โโโโโโโ
ย ย ย In the bedroom, there was a preference to make a closed wardrobe, as the space allowed, and to add a โwomenโs cornerโ, namely a dressing table with a full-length mirror.ย
ย ย ย Minimalist bathroom. Everything is provided for convenience, including the location of all necessary plumbing. Spacious shower room with concealed faucet, wall-hung toilet for practical floor cleaning with an extractor hood above it for maximum odor removal, large wall mirror.
ย ย ย The laundry room includes a washing and dryer machine, a boiler, a small wall-mounted worktop and two wall-mounted cabinets.
ย ย ย The balcony was made in Scandinavian style for a greater feeling of comfort and warmth. In the load-bearing wall between the balcony and the bedroom, it was decided to partially dismantle the wall to place a โpocketโ for a shelf with books, making the balcony also a full-fledged place for reading.
ย ย ย The main hall was paired with a kitchen area to expand the space, making the room more spacious and comfortable. The dining table goes into the kitchen work surface, making this area more functional. The table also acts as a kind of โpartitionโ between two zones, visually dividing the space between the kitchen and the relaxation area.
