Quartzolit |Brazilian artists: Local Natural Beauties Challenge
Personal project for "Brazilian Artists" competition created by Quartzolit, held in 2023. They chose to talk about "Local Natural Beauties", and did an open call to artists from all over the country to develop proposals inspired by their regions of birth. Therefore, I developed my proposal inspired by Carolina, and its waterfalls that earn the title of "Paradise of Waters", located in Maranhão, northeast region from Brazil.
This proposal ended up not being chosen, perhaps because it was too specific and did not sell a typical image of the region, known as a deserted place. Regardless of it, I really enjoyed developing the entire project and the language, giving it to another point of view.
