The exterior structure of the house features clean lines and simple geometric shapes, reflecting modernity and elegance.
A combination of natural materials such as wood, stone, and concrete has been used, selected for their durability and resistance to corrosion from the marine environment.
Predominant colors are warm and neutral tones like white, beige, and terracotta, seamlessly integrated with the surrounding landscape.
Wooden louvers have been strategically incorporated into the façades to provide shade and protection against the tropical sun while allowing cross ventilation and views to the outside.
