Beginning of Design Stage

The general mood is to strike a harmonious balance between richness and subtlety, sensuality and restraint, while embracing the inherent beauty of natural materials and textures.

The upholstery is luxuriously soft, inviting you to sink in and relax, yet the overall aesthetic remains understated and tasteful. The ambiance is one of understated luxury and refined comfort, creating a space that is both inviting and effortlessly chic.
The living area showcases a contemporary design with a neutral color scheme that includes shades of white, beige, and brown. The full height bookcase in dark tones provides a striking contrast against the lighter walls and flooring, creating a focal point and adds warmth to the space.

This space is designed for comfort and sociability. The placement of the sofa and the bookcase creates an intimate setting for reading or conversation, with the bookcase providing easy access to books and decorative items. The coffee table offers a convenient surface for drinks or snacks, suggesting that the space is meant for relaxation and casual entertaining.
The large window dressed with sheer curtains allows for ample natural light, enhancing the sense of openness and creating a pleasant atmosphere.

The full height bookcase behind the sofa is not only a design statement but also a practical storage solution. The dark finish of the bookcase contrasts with the lighter tones of the room, drawing attention and creating a sophisticated backdrop for the living area.
The dining area is designed to be a social and functional space, with a focus on clean lines and a harmonious integration with the surrounding areas in the home.

The dining area maintains a minimalist and modern aesthetic consistent with the living area. It features a sleek oval-shaped dining table accompanied by chairs with clean lines, which complement the overall design theme of the space. A striking linear pendant light that hangs above the table, serving as both a functional light source and a design element that anchors the dining area within the open floor plan.
The closet is designed with the use of wood veneer to provide a sense of warmth and texture. The wood finish of the cabinetry gives the space a cohesive and luxurious feel, which is often desired in master bedroom ensembles.

Functionality is a key aspect of the closet's design, with different sections dedicated to various storage needs. The inclusion of open shelving offers flexibility for items that are used frequently or need to be easily accessible.
The bedrooms feature a neutral color scheme with light wood flooring and white wall complemented by accents in a warm, earthy tone. This creates a serene and inviting ambiance, which is essential for areas meant for rest and relaxation.

The working desk is positioned beneath a large cork board which is practical for pinning notes and the built-in LED strip light that provides task lighting, essential for workspaces. The bedrooms are designed to serve as peaceful retreats that cater to the essential functions of sleeping and personal work while maintaining a stylish and modern aesthetic.
