I took this image from a photograph I took at dreamworld and by using illustrator I created a cartoon version of the tiger. 

I have always loved skulls and roses with doing designs - so i too that concept and created the skull head image with the illuminati hands for eyes. this image was designed for my future use for a clothing image on jumpers, t-shirts or singlets. I also wanted to combine the use of shapes and patterns this is why in the colour skull head image there is only bits and pieces of the roses coloured. 

The above image was a design I put forward for assessment 2 for your group logo. We wanted to use the terms of 4 heads is better then 1 as well as keeping an equality of fairness for the group explaining why I kept us in a line to give the representation of no one is better then anyone else. 

 

the name at this stage is only temp as we are not completely sure what we want as we decided against using first letter of each name. the way I came up with quad ink designs is there is 4 members in the group and the word ink by pen to paper or brush to screen.

these two images were both designed for friends for tattoo designs. The first one the owl with the realistic heart i wanted to stick was a more traditional look for the owl with solid lines and not many filled colours. 

 

the second one - bird cage was ideally done to represent freedome and the saying let it go and if its right they will return kind of scenario. 

reflecting back on the week of lighting- this image captures the sunlight and shadows on the L block stair case at Kelvin grove. I edited it to a black and white as it is more appealing to the eye rather then the dull cermente colours. 

the reason behind this photograph is to go back to the week of patterns- i zoomed in on a weed in the garden so I could capture an image of the fine particles on the weed the texture and patterns on it as well

working with light- playing around with an iphone light, I managed to get an image of class mate lochie walking while making circles in the dark using the bulb setting on my canon 600D.
