This project was made for a college assignment. It is solely for educational purposes.

Deliverable:

As a group of 3, to pick a Brand of our choice and make a Chatbot for them. Do the brand research. Create 3 User Personas. Based on the brand research, define the bot's personality and tone of voice.

Furthermore, to build the Chatbot based on 3 scenarios namely: 

1. A Welcome Message - To write a welcome message that appears when a user opens the chatbot.

2. Instructions - Based on a challenge, to instruct the customer to send the information you need to help them out.

3. Human Handoff - To ultimately write a message that will hand off the user from the bot to a human agent.
