一个人乘座网红列车Z164从上海一路前往西藏，耗时44个小时。又在西藏游历5天，记录下无数瞬间。
影集分为“峰”、“措”、“人”三个篇章，记录了珠穆朗玛峰、卡若拉冰川、纳木措、羊卓雍措、布达拉宫、大昭寺、扎什伦布寺等等。
把这一路看到的用胶片记录下来，做成小影集，作为第一次去西藏给自己的纪念。
小小的册子对我来说意味着大大的力量，在走累的时候看看，也许能聊以慰藉。
摄影、文字、排版、装帧设计全部一个人完成，从三百多张胶片中筛选出1/4入册。
It took 44 hours to take train Z164 from Shanghai to Xizang alone. Traveling in Xizang for 5 days, countless moments were recorded.
The album is divided into three chapters: "Peak", "Lake", and "People", documenting Mount Everest, Karola Glacier, Namco, Yangzhuo Yongco, Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, Zhashilunbu Temple, and so on.
Record what you saw along the way with film and make a small album as a souvenir of your first trip to Xizang.
Photography, writing, typesetting, and binding design were all completed by one person, and 1/4 of them were selected from over 300 films and included in the book.
