After meeting with several different academic institutions, I led Capital One's partnership with the Terner Center for Housing Innovation at UC Berkeley and the creation of the resulting whitepaper, "The Complexity of Financing Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Housing in the United States."
My media outreach resulted in numerous earned pickups of the report, while I worked with the creative team to produce infographics, webinars, and thought leadership pieces to broaden the report's reach and Capital One's standing as a creative problem solver in the LIHTC space.
