For this project, I was tasked to create a poster for Starbucks. We were to make up an event revolving around one holiday, I chose Valentine's Day and then designed a poster that corresponded with said event. I chose to design a poster for a drink-making contest. I went the illustrator route because I felt as though it was the most visually appealing and lighthearted look to the design. I chose my color scheme by choosing pinks and reds for Valentine's Day and then using the Starbucks green as little accents throughout my poster.
