I had the opportunity to collaborate with a real estate agency on a variety of creative projects that showcased my design skills across multiple mediums. My contributions included designing custom folders for quotations, personalized notebooks, and branded pens, each featuring the agency's logo and color scheme. These items were crafted to enhance brand recognition and provide the agency's clients with a tangible connection to their services.
In addition to physical promotional materials, I also played a key role in designing digital content for the real estate agency's social media platforms, specifically Instagram. I created engaging stories and posts to announce new property listings and highlight the agency’s referral program among other services.
Furthermore, my collaboration with the real estate agency extended to the creation of flyers for direct mail distribution. These flyers were designed to introduce the agency to a broader audience, effectively promoting their services and current listings
Additionally, I was tasked with designing large advertising posters, measuring 80 x 60 cm, for the real estate agency. These posters were strategically placed in high-traffic areas to maximize visibility and attract potential clients. My design focused on bold visuals and engaging layouts that communicated the agency’s key messages and property highlights effectively.
In addition to other marketing materials, I designed eye-catching "For Sale" signs for the real estate agency to be displayed prominently on properties. These signs were crucial in alerting both passersby and interested buyers to the availability of the properties. I focused on creating a design that was not only visually appealing but also informative, featuring key details about the properties and the agency’s contact information.
To further enhance the real estate agency's digital marketing strategy, I also produced video content that was shared across social media platforms. These videos provided detailed information about properties for sale, featuring walkthroughs, key amenities.
