WorkVibe HR Management Solution

Hey there! This project is a showcase of a HR Management Web App that handles everything from invoices to payroll. In this presentation I’ve included the creative direction work (visual style, logos, marketing collaterals, packaging and print), the landing page of the website and screens from the web app.

Regarding the visual, I’ve created style that would impose a sense of cleanliness, moderness, simplicity and friendliness. In order to have a clean layout I’ve utilized a lot of white space and similar gaps between taglines, headlines and body texts. I’ve defined just a few spacings values and reuse them on all sections. For the modern part I’ve chosen dark mode, subtle lights and glassmorphism for the cards. The color palette includes soft pastel shades on a very dark background. The contrast created by these combinations express boldness (especially the big rainbow close to the end of the website :D). To ensure that the user feels the friendliness I’ve used a friendly UX Writing, short phrases, common words and informal speech. I’ve used the brand colors on the headlines to highlight certain keywords.

For the visuals on social media and advertising posts and ads, I’ve chosen a very common formal background of real pictures, black and white effect plus a 90% opacity layer, with white text on top, but the twist is the brand colors rainbow’s presence. The contrast between classic formal format and the rainbow in combination with friendly UX Writing ensures that the user understands that WorkVibe is here to break the bias.

Enjoy and tell me if you liked it.

The UX design is guided by industry-leading principles, prioritizing simplicity, consistency, and accessibility. The dark theme provide a comfortable viewing experience in low-light environments. The brand colors are used as a signature on each section. Even though I took inspiration from leading companies with the similar visual appeal (Linear, Reflect, Hive, GitHub and others), I made sure WorkVibe is recognizable. The vibrant colors are chosen to express the fact that the app is tailored for the modern workforce. The analytics are AI-powered, ensuring that the aggregated data is displayed in a very user-friendly way.

WorkVibe is here to break the misconceptions!

The app was created to give a modern and fresh look and feel to working as a HR expert. The placement and order of menu items are dictated by the frequency of HR tasks. Dashboard is the first one and the landing page. Here the user can check the status by just a glance. The second one is the calendar where the user can set, attend, delete meetings. The most common actions, like setting a meeting for a 1 on 1, are easier to do with WorkVibe’s management system. The rest of the menu items are spitted into the following groups: Employees, Messages, Leave requests and Payments. The groups are expandable/collapsible to cater HR experts with different responsibilities. For example, if to a HR employee are given more responsibilities in the leave request management for a certain period of time, the professional can collapse the rest of groups, focusing only of what matters. This can also be done by a request from the admin, but this way is faster. :D

As a white label app, the color scheme can be easily customized to reflect the buyer’s brand and identity. The apps accents, CTAs and controllers’ color is white, a decision made for accelerating the time-to-market. Businesses can scale their offerings and expand their customer base without significand overhead.
