For the final project in Illustrator class, our assignment was to recreate an illustration already made. I found a Day of the Dead theme dog. As a cat owner, I wanted to make this project something I  could relate to. I made a Day of the Dead-themed cat. I wanted to add the most detail to the eyes so that the audience could feel that they were looking right into his eyes. Anywhere you look, the eyes follow.
