Phones are our constant companions, but they're also the ultimate productivity busters. With the rise of addicting apps and nonstop social media notifications, staying focused can feel like mission impossible. But what if we could change that? How might we reduce our phones as a distraction?
ISSUE
Procrastination! People don’t want to feel like they are wasting their time. Phones can cause brain rot, be too distracting or time consuming, and passively act as a detractor to productivity.

Who are you researching?
Undergraduate students, particularly their screen time habits and the potential consequences on their academic performance, mental health, and social interactions.

After surveying and interviewing several members of our target population, here are some key insights:
1. Most find that putting their phone in an inconvenient place helps deter them from using their phone the most.
2. “DND” is unsuccessful
