about the PROJECT.
A limited budget open space private photography studio interior design, in an industrial casual vintage retro style in black and white, reflecting the identity of the production studio.
The whole casuality was enhanced by the addition of red as an accent color to represent motion, transformation and progress. In addition to the accent colors, the designed process followed the visual identity in details design.

idea and zoning
The internal space of the studio has been divided into four zones, each with a specific function; service, studio, office and lounge! Though the first that consists of the store and a W.C. is separated with a gypsum partition, the resulting space formed the rest of the studio.
Starting with the lounge that occupies up to 5 people with 2 lounge chairs and a 3 seaters sofa, moving towards the office zone that has a primary office desk for only one user and another drafting one that can occupy up to 2 photographers. The studio area consists mainly of a Chroma hang, and stools and additional folded chairs when needed.
As it can be seen through the rendered plan, the circulation has been designed in a linear manner to maintain ease through movement and function.
zone 01: lounge
Seatings, shelves and a tringular designed coffee table are the main components of the space. since the use of electrical chargers and batteries in aden is a must, batteries has been taken into consideration throught the design process. a hidden red strip light was added to create glow within the space.
zone 02: office
soft light box hinged metal bars, wall mounted shelves, an office desk and a drafting table are the main elements of the second zone. this zone was painted in charcoal black with red lines through it. the logo of the production studio act as the dominant element in the space due to its contrast with the charcoal black painted wall.
zone 03: studio
Functionality, ease of movement and productivity, these are the main characters of the studio area where the work is done! a tall mirror framed in steel and a steel bar with steel hinges on the wall. Chroma and folded chairs are hinged one the wall acting in both functional and aesthetic manners.
