In 2022, I was commissioned by Work India, to illustrate for their website/app landing page.
The brief was to make an illustration that will be the focus of the landing page to guide their two different types of target audience - Employer & Employee - to their respective user journeys.
Ideation
I began my ideation sketches with the question, 'What is the main message we want to communicate through the illustration?' Three different ideas of a message were presented and discussed, each having 2-3 sketched options on how it can be conveyed.

Idea 1 was selected to proceed further with. In terms of visual language, the client wanted a vector illustration style with flat colors. In terms of the color palette, they wanted the illustration to blend well with the existing website. Hence I stuck to the brand colors, with minimal variations.
