DES 016 P1: For this assignment we are asked to take a figure or perspective and apply 4 different color variations to each drawing. I took inspiration from KPOP idol MINGYU of SEVENTEEN's pose and used that as the model for my project. I am not used to drawing figures often so this was a real challenge. I first started with a sketch on procreate then transferred that to fresco to do line work. I refined the line work back in adobe illustrator then copy and pasted each image to work on the color variations. I found the colors I wanted to use with adobe color and used each palette throughout. Personally my favorite is the complementary one as the colors match the original image the closest but I think each one came out really nicely done. I haven't had much practice with shading so it was a bit difficult to get used to that and figure out the wrinkle of the shirt and pants but I did my best.
