The Pink Panther Title Sequence

In motion graphics class, we had to recreate an original title sequence from an existing movie or television show. As a requirement we could not use any of the original images or sounds. This requirement made us think outside the box and to add our own flare to our presentation. For my project I chose to remake The Pink Panther movie trailer. Replacing the original sound of the movie was challenging, due to it being such a famous and well-known song. However, in the end I choose a smooth jazz song to match the style and feel of the original theme music. I also created two pink silhouettes, to mimic the look of the Pink Panther himself using adobe Illustrator. As a final touch I added pink snowflakes, paw prints, and text to intensify this theme of pink. The pink snowflakes were created using the snow special effects tool. This tool allowed me to control the color, speed, and density of the snowflakes.
