The single "Nonsense" is a laid-back and easy going song about being in love and being so flustered about someone that anything that comes into your head it full of nonsense. I wanted my cover to evoke youthfulness, fun, and overall the feeling of having butterflies in your stomach and your head in the clouds since the artist's audience is mostly Gen Z. I loved creating this collage and really enjoy how organic and imperfect it turned out, which again underlines the main vibe and message of the song.
The artist herself wrote the song out of fun and didn't even intend to include it in her album because she composed it on a whim. I used procreate to trace Sabrina's portrait loosely, and created a collage from some magazine cut-outs. I assembled and created the blue border on Illustrator and mocked everything up on PS. I was so fun tearing up pages and putting everything together in the end!
