This capsule collection is inspired by the saudi arabian culture. It has abstracted elements from their national costume of both men and women. The saudi attire mainly has simple outlines yet so many rich decorative patterns that are usually worn to complement the simplicity of the garments. Upon examination, one can recognize some of the known motifs, which are unique to Saudi Arabia and neighboring arabic countries, that have been rearranged and applied in different ways for a modernistic expression of the culture's style. There is also a subtle play on underwear/outerwear reversal throughout the collection. By combining the previous conceptual approaches, this collection embodies the ethnic hints of the culture and simplifies its richness for a contemporized saudi attire.
