Introduction: 
This project is a proposed rebranding for the established Bristol Baking Co. They sell delicious baked goods as well as their own milled flour. Being around since 1952, they are well established and loved in the community. However they wish to update their logotype and brand with something fresh and inviting.
Personas:
Bristol Baking Co. have established and loyal clients. Both these personas were made to represent a key segment of their customer base. These personas served as a guiding outline throughout the brand design process, informing decisions regarding messaging, visual aesthetics, and product offerings. 
The above logotype combined both fresh and vintage. Creating a dynamic logotype set the stage for the rest of the branding. Choosing darker colors to be easy to read for seniors. A vintage stamp style icon was created as a companion to the logotype to present a more vintage aesthetic. 
Being well established as a reliable Flour Mill, the logotype is seen first, to bring familiarity to the branding. Bristol, UK is known for its famous hot air balloon festival. Hoping to bring in more familiar elements, hot air balloons were added to the packaging. These variety of flours were chosen based upon the personas need to bake wholesome and delicious goods. Colors were similarly chosen to represent each variety of flour. 
The menu ties in those familiar branding elements with a little twist by including the 'blissful bites' catchphrase. Including this on the menu was an appropriate decision to entice the readers into a delicious decision. 'Our Story' was included on the menu as a way of telling Bristol Baking Co.'s start. This provides insight about the bakery's origins and ethics. 
Bristol,UK is known for being an extremely green city. Bristol Baking Co. wants to embrace this as well. Having clients that come daily for their bread, they have opted for a reusable bread bag. 
These aprons will be worn in the bakery by the workers, creating a visual brand as you walk into their shop. They will also be sold in the storefront for the clients who love to bake.
Stickers are a well known branded merchandise item. Something simple to keep stocked in store as well as being extremely popular among every age group. These stickers will provide a freshen up with Bristol Baking Co's younger demographic as well has excite their older demographic. 
The invoice includes similar vintage elements as the menu. This professional looking invoice will help celebrate the loyal client. 


Conclusion:
The proposed rebranding of Bristol Baking Co. aims to invigorate its image, strengthen its connection with loyal clients, and elevate its aesthetics. With a refreshed visual identity, enhanced product offerings, and branded promotional merchandise, Bristol Baking Co. is ready for renewed success.
