In a world that predominantly values extroversion, introverts often encounter difficulties in environments that favour extroverted behaviours. Introverted youths may struggle to adapt to new and unfamiliar social environments like school and the workplace.
Introducing 'Step Out!', an event-based campaign initiative that fosters an inclusive community for introverts, inspiring a proactive drive for change and embracing fresh challenges as they journey into new environments. Structured into three zones, each designed to help introverts navigate change confidently, enhance their ability to speak up, and encourage them to step out of their comfort zones through a series of activities in the space.
