TRIPLEX MODEL SHOE
We have been tasked with building a 3D model of a closed shoe using triplex board material to a 1:1 scale when compared to the original.
Activity 1: Full Model Shoe
I started by using masking tape to get accurate measurements for cutouts, then I used cutting techniques to make the material easier to bend, sanded the outlines of each piece to get a smooth edge, and finally combined the pieces using adhesive glue to create the full model.
