A SWOT (Strengths-Weaknesses-Opportunities-Threats) Analysis/Matrix is a evaluation of the aforementioned qualities in a project (game). SWOT deals with identifying the external (strengths & weaknesses) and internal (oppportunities & threats) factors influencing the project in achieving its objective. The positive factors are strengths & opportunities while the negative factors are weaknesses & threats.
