The objective of this project was to create a ensemble that brings about expression through form, and can be categorized as ‘Avant-garde’- work that is experimental, radical, or unorthodox with respect to art, culture, or society. It is frequently characterized by aesthetic innovation and initial unacceptability. In this ensemble I wanted to show the peeled pomegranate without the hard covering – the shape that retains the seeds and the membrane which holds them together.
