What was the problem?
I explored, after taking interviews that there were several common problems users faced in logistics digital products from a UX design perspective. i.e. Complex systems, Real time updates, Mobile accessibility and Data visual clarity.
How I solved the problem?
Being a UX/UI designer my responsibilities was designing company’s brand guidelines and digital freight product which involves creating an interface that is user centered, easy to use, efficient, and visually appealing. The primary goal is to ensure that users can easily access and interpret critical information related to the logistics and freight processes.
