I recently bought a JAWBONE UP 24 to track my daily activities. I was really impressed by its accuracy and company’s social presence. One day, I was sitting ideal and looking at my tracker that how simple is the app design, but is also of old style according to me. Just for fun I started looking deep into the user review. Many user like the app design, but there were plenty of others, mentioning issues with its design and its unavailability to attract users. Being a UX specialist, I started researching on the needs of users and their experience so far.
