Project planner and manager for the IKEA Bathshop rebuild
The goal was to rebuild the whole of the Bathshop department replanning product groupings, layout, walls &structures, bespoke carpentry, main articles and SQM per PA working with other internal team (sales, logistics and customer relations).The layout before(grey) and my plan after (colour), I adapted the space given based off of head office request and sales forecast per grouping. focusing on utilising space, creative and interactive memorable moments and the new customer planning studio
Bathroom accessories & Textile Product plotting
Planning accessories and towels into the new department enabled me to work alongside sales and logistics to ensure space capacity, filling rate and merchandising solutions
