A Semana de Combate ao Racismo “Existências e Resistências: a luta antirracista como princípio ético-político”, promovida pelo Núcleo de Estudos Afro-brasileiros e Indígenas (NEABI) da Universidade Federal da Fronteira Sul (UFFS), campus Chapecó, teve como objetivo dar visibilidade ao tema do racismo cotidiano e estrutural, problematizando os compromissos institucionais com os povos racializados: negros e indígenas e buscando meios de fortalecer as suas existências nos espaços de educação e formação.
Durante a semana do evento ocorreram debates, apresentações de pesquisas acadêmicas, sessões do "Cine NEABI", rodas de conversa e a exposição da Sala Lélia González que reuniu textos, imagens, produções audiovisuais sobre este grande nome do Feminismo Negro no Brasil.

The Week of Combat Against Racism, entitled "Existences and Resistances: the anti-racist struggle as an ethical-political principle," promoted by the Center for Afro-Brazilian and Indigenous Studies (NEABI) of the Federal University of Southern Frontier (UFFS), Chapecó campus, aimed to give visibility to the theme of everyday and structural racism, problematizing institutional commitments to racialized peoples: Black and Indigenous, and seeking ways to strengthen their presence in educational and training spaces.
