Due to most sizes of the wearable products are in various shapes, it is crucial for re-thinking how to emphasize them at a first glance with visit of suppliers and clients.
The foyer, as the mutual partition with other company, is required to add the new function as introduction of business culture and product exhibition.
The challenges for the foyer aisle can be listed as follows:
1. The background wall combined display area is the common wall between the passage and the other company’s office, the sound insulation is the main issue.
2. The project will be processed during the evening and holiday working days, the construction team cannot make noises, disturbances, and nuisances to the co-tenant companies in the vicinity of the foyer.
3. The budget will be considered higher based on unusual working hours and more expensive material prices that have risen to inflation and shipping fees after the pandemic.
To maintain harmony with the existing surroundings, we offer different 3D design options that align with the cohesive style:
Type - A - Speedy and straightforward
Type - B - Motion with curve
Both A and B were built under the basis of original dry wall system made of gypsum plaster. The main purpose is to save budget and create the additional layers on the top.
The client chose type B in the end, so we had formed more color palettes for selections.
The LED light can be lower the budget if turn into the monochrome tone
