The plot is located next to the town square in Rzeszów, Poland.
The main idea of the project was to create two interconnected volumes that would create chiaroscuro that diversified the façade.
The entrance to the building is located on the north side, facing the market square. After entering, there is a hall where you can go to a higher or lower level. Differences in terrain height on the western side are solved using terrain stairs.
The building is also characterized by a large amount of glazing, including a unique corner window on the north side in the café. This solution introduces natural light into the interior and offers a picturesque view of the town hall and the market square. On the south side there is a terrace with a beautiful view of the city and the green park space. Inside the building there is an exhibition located above a multi-functional room, which was designed with a stepped arrangement of the auditorium that can be easily configured.
