Explosion Simulation

EXPLOSION SIMULATION
Objective:
To create an explosion simulation.

Techniques used:

Tool Used:
Maya

Challenges:
Setting up the realistic feature of an explosion.
I initially used a 3D container to step-up the domain for the explosion using fluids.
Then had to play around the details such as turbulence, dissipation, temperature and so on to make the explosion look for natural and authentic.
After that, I set-up the colour to give the explosion a fiery look and to make the smoke dense to give it more weight and density
At last, I played around with fluid attributes to give the explosion its distinct mushroom clouds and set up keyframes as desired.
