Situated in the sophisticated Viceroy Bali resort in Ubud, stands out as an elegant and glamorous destination in Bali. With a distinctive approach, the bar transports customers to a vintage atmosphere, embracing the theme of 1930s Bali.
In an effort to introduce a new cocktail and menu selection, the Apéritif Bar is undertaking a redesign, incorporating an additional set of signature cocktails. Currently boasting 5 signature drinks, they are now expanding their repertoire by introducing 5 more, all of which will be consolidated into a single comprehensive menu.
Capturing the Essence of 1930s Bali
Panji Wisrawan, Head Mixologist of Apéritif Bar, meticulously curated this new cocktail menu,
capturing the spirit of 1930s Bali as a tribute to the numerous artists who visited Ubud, Bali.
The Launching Day
After finalizing the book creation, we're ready to launch and introduce the new cocktails
to customers and the media.
Hosted by the Apéritif Bar team, the event seeks to recreate the ambiance of 1930s Bali.
Their concept includes presenting each cocktail within the venue, complemented by a description of the inspired artist or figure behind it. Additionally, a performer will embody each figure represented.
