I was tasked with designing promotional gadget for Forum Dialogu Foundation. 

Forum Dialogu's mission is to rebuild and create new ties between contemporary Poland and the Jewish people.

Approaching this task, I immediately thought of food. Food invites people to gather and gives us the opportunity to bond with each other. One dish that is popular in both Polish and Jewish cuisine is chałka/challah.

I concluded that designing an enamel pin would be the most effective way to represent this concept. Enamel pins are small, elegant, and unique clothing decorations which makes them ideal as miniature gifts given out at various events.

While working on this project, I ended up with two designs: realistic and stylized. After reaching this point, I came to the conclusion that the realistic approach is not as readable. The stylized option also came with the advantage of using only one back clutch. Because of these advantages, I chose the stylized version.
