Ken Coleman has a deep passion for helping people find what they are wired to do. He's spent the better part of his career interviewing some of the world's most interesting and influential people including George Bush, Condoleezza Rice, Coach Mike Krzyzewski, Coach Pat Summit, Dave Ramsey, and Coach Nick Saban to name just a few. What he's developed over the years is an expansive knowledge of what it takes to move from simply collecting a paycheck, to having deep purpose in your work. Ken shares his wisdom and the clear path to pursuing the work you love in his book From Paycheck to Purpose. Our aim with art direction was to capture Ken in his favorite place: kneecap to kneecap with the reader, ready to coach and guide readers to success. The environment we assembled helped communicate the warm, inviting, and hopeful nature of Ken's content – one that the team was proud to produce for his first appearance on a book cover.
