The monster that devours with words (2023)
Artwork created for exhibition at the Museum of Modern Art of Bucaramanga, Colombia, at the IX Exhibition of "Ahí están pintadas: el arte de ser mujer" (There they are painted: the art of being a woman).
Inspired by the concept of the mental consequences that psychological violence inflicted in childhood leaves on the individual.
The illustrated series is composed of 3 individual pieces named in narrative sequence:
When I go (...) - Cuando me voy (...)
sometimes, in my safe place (...) - a veces, en mi lugar seguro (...)
