A limited edition TEQ63 that incorporates DBTK's identity and journey with an art toy. Limited to 149 pcs worldwide.
I was tasked by the guys at DBTK to design their collaboration art toy with Quiccs to be launched during their 10th anniversary event at Centris QC. The brief was simple enough, just answer the question: What would a DBTK style TEQ63 look like?
I incorporated elements of a previous design I did for DBTK (Waves don't stop) which was somewhat of a bestseller, into this Teq63 blank. The breezy green colorway was a first for the Teq63 line, and I loved the classic tracksuit design of the OG Teqs.
To finish it off, I wanted to be slick with the pattern placement and the gradient metallic finish, offering something clean and fresh for the collectors.
Being primarily a shirt brand, we had to make a DBTK x Quiccs collab shirt. Again a no brainer, 2 classic looks from both brands merged into one.
