Proclaiming its mission to improve skin health backed by science, SkinCeuticals invited us to create a series of visualizations showcasing the brand’s core message.
Integrating the unique benefits of the products and their medical-tool effect, we tried to communicate the essential tenets based on research and innovation.
Dedicated to its purpose, SkinCeuticals is leading the industry, developing scientific formulas for everyday usage. Efficiency and intelligence are fundamental principles for the brand, which separates it from much of the beauty commerce that sells attractive marketing lyrics and a long list of ingredients. Standing out from the decorative shell, the brand is committed to inventing effective results for the skin.
Being on the cutting edge between cosmetics and pharmaceuticals, professionals define it as cosmeceuticals. That means providing clinically proven efficacy in skin improvement.
Relying on a bold statement that puts science at the center of the story, we aimed to connect the power points of medical procedure, innovation, and product benefit. In drawing a strong visual thread between these components, we developed a set of metaphors to demonstrate a clear commitment to research and evidence-based validity.
With the formulas of the brand's primary products in our arsenal, we dedicated ourselves to an extensive visual exploration to highlight the uniqueness and active action of each of them but staying within a consistent visual language of the entire series.
Each of the featured products has a particular benefit as smoothing and tightening, reducing redness and lowering skin inflammation, plumping and contouring.
To creatively capture these peculiarities, we tried to combine our artistic interpretation with the real products' impact on the skin.
Rethinking the scientific-oriented forms helped us to move on to more experimental visual solutions and create a world on the edge of futurism and medical innovations.
Staying connected with elegant formulations, we tested different areas of the materials and textures to showcase the distinctive brand's position.
