Sanlam Morocco is a company of'insurance based in Morocco, a subsidiary of the South African giant Sanlam.
CNIA Assurance was originally acquired by 2005 par Moulay Hafid El Alamy and integrates its saham Holding. After its merger with Es Saada Assurance, it adopted the name Saham. It was then listed on the stock exchange in November 2010.
Sold by Moulay Hafid El Alamy in 2018, Saham was renamed Sanlam Maroc. The group is majority-owned by South Africa Sanlam (58.4%) and para Sanam Holding (21.56%)
