Devocka i Zhuk
This is the second project undertaken as part of my studies at BBE.
The goal was to create a promo video for the Thorn necklace, designed by a local brand specializing in silver and 3D printed jewelry. I aimed to moove away from the usual associations with the Thorn. As a result, I conceptualized using stick bugs as a metaphor for thorns, as some of these insects closely resemble them and evoke a sense of alertness, causing one to pause and hold their breath. This heightened awareness becomes a catalyst for summoning courage. By incorporating images of stick bugs, I sought to create an emotionally charged atmosphere, enhenced by lighting and sound.
In life, when we overcome our fears, they can be transformed into a newfound source of strength. In this context, the fears and seemingly intimidating creatures become something beautiful.
