Initial project idea: 

This project for my Computer Science class was to help us get familiar with Excel. We had to select a range of items and compare the prices for each of the individual items within the category we chose (I selected rare comic books). 

Tools I used: 

This spreadsheet was made using Microsoft Excel.

Challenges I faced:

This was our first major assignment in our Excel unit for this class, so there was a bit of a learning curve in trying to find out how to use it properly. Thankfully the software is rather intuitive, and I was able to complete it without any major issues.

Other Resources: 

I didn't use any other resources besides our class lectures, although I did reference some older spreadsheets I had made in Excel to jog my memory somewhat. 

Result:

This was a successful project, as it allowed me to take a collection of disparate data and put it into a form that was readable and understandable, which acted as a foundation for the later Excel projects I completed for the course.
