In this kinetic installation, species of mycelium experience different stress loads. 
This is done by shaking jars of grain and mushroom spores. This may be seen as a disruption of ecosystems in nature and questions the perceived control and effects of human intervention.  

What effects do our actions have on nature?

Seven jars are filled with the same grain and the same species of mycelium. The control jar doesn't shake. The first jar shakes for five minutes a day. Each jar shakes for five minutes more than its neighbour. This means that the seventh jar will have a maximum shaking time of 30 minutes a day.
