Here I used Adobe InDesign to create an invitation using just text and two colors, a challenge to create a visually appealing invitation without the use of images or graphics. I used warm tones to design a cozy yet elegant Christmas banquet invitation. I used the decorative font to emphasize the "Merry Christmas" and the date, the most important areas that I wanted focus to be on first. I used the green and gold to give the classic Christmas feel, but darkened them to give the more refined feel of the occasion the invitation is for.
